It's really strange. I didn't know that Cheese Whiz was what made a Philly Cheese Steak what it was until yesterday. showmegrizz mentioned it and I couldn't believe it.

It's good to see that you're having a great vacation. It looks like you've lost weight! You're looking great. Hope a lot more fun is in store for you.
According to Moochies here in SLC (whom I trust), honestly American is better/the truth than "whiz" but of course the latter is cheaper for both of those two crazy competitors and so they'd be inclined to promote that "whiz" is the best cheese for the sandwich. :)
