Shuttle Update.

eggwardsAn Update to my earlier post, the Shuttle has broken up over Texas. My sister had nothing to report in Dallas when I called her an hour ago, but there are reports in Dallas and around East Texas, including Nacogodoches, where I lived, many, many years ago that debris has fallen from the breakup. This is a heavily forested area, and pieces may not be found for some time.
Due to the speed, and altitude that the breakup happened, there's really no expectation that any of the crew survived.

As a little extra, checking in with Nacogdoches, TX. there are little pieces of the shuttle that have been recovered in the area. They even have had to tell people to stay inside their homes. Most of it is over though. CBS News has been showing a weather radar picture of the debris trail over East Texas. Here's a map of the region.
