The End Of March

eggwardsSince today is already the last day of March - where does it all go? I guess I should mention that I'm currently in the lead, by a long shot, in the office's March Madness pool.
Did I mention that I hate basketball? More so the pampered pro players, but the college game really holds little appeal for me too. I guess I know just enough to be able to make a few picks here and there, but most of it is guess work. Last year I came in second.
This totally cheeses off the macho group in the office. They've been asking me how I've done it, and I've been cheekily been telling them that I have a great system of picking colors, patterns and mascots. This only seems to make them more upset, since many of them have magazines and spreadsheets they used for their picks. I've said that I'm coming out with a book next January on how to pick the brackets, so I can't give away my secrets, or my publisher will kill me.
I'm thinking they might start to believe me.
If Louisville loses Saturday night, I'm a lock for the $125 top prize. Even if they win, I still have a good chance at winning it all, but there's a slight doubt. Still, it doesn't matter. I have bragging rights.
