I still remember being shown flaming water. Let a glass of tap water sit for 48 hours...and then you can light the top of it from all the petroleum goodness in it. Happy thought.
There is something to be said for a mild winter and no snow. There is also something to be said for a summer that rarely combines temperatures over 90 and humidity.
