We survived the winter storms, and I easily got to work on time, but they decided to start training today at 10. The roads aren't Icy, but I guess they didn't want to take a chance. I wish I could have slept in instead! That's OK, I need to study for my Insurance licencing test on Monday - that's this weekend's fun.

To answer your question, no I'm not selling life or health insurance, but retirement annuities which are considered an insurance rather than investment product. Since the variable annuities hold securities, and we also sell mutual funds, the securities license is also needed. The company is kind of a quiet one, as we are non-profit and sell retirement plans primarily to schools, universities, hospitals and cultural organizations.

As for health insurance - I have a frat brother who might be able to set you up if you want.
