Yep, the beard has been tamed. Really, it's a couple of days weeks overdue. While I'll miss being able to lift up the beard and be able to smell it (mmm, conditioner), I'm kind of happy to not glance down and see the coarse, bushy mess it became. There just wasn't a good way to control it, and it had the lovely Brillo Pad feeling that's such a hit with the boys. Still, there's one less thing to do with my fingers during the day. There's no more tangles to undo.

Sadly, it looks like the grey is here to stay.

Nooo! I wish that stuff never existed. It's right up there with "the combover" in my top list of eeevil things.

Yeah, let's just say that I won't be using "Just for Men" or any other hair coloring to get rid of the grey. Now you never know if I might so something silly, and go red - or orange as I did back in the mid 80's!

Yeah, well that's totally different. An orange beard isn't a vain attempt at trying to fool anyone. :)
