eggwardsJustice Rehnquist is dead. Now we go through another round of craziness and there's just one more thing to take up space in Bush's Brain. I think he's already got a person in mind, because they were already expecting this one. I wonder if there's an opportunity to get some things through the slimmed-down court before the new justices are chosen?

- I have had little patience with people who bitch about replacing O'Connor (a fascist with a shred of conscience) will swing the court to the right, and I will have no patience with anybody who worries the same about the replacement for Rheinquist, who was a fascist with no shred of conscience.
