(PC instructions)
Once you have your face set up, you can hit the Print Screen button on your keyboard. That copies the screen to your memory. From there you'd have to open up an image-editing program (like Photoshop or GIMP) and Edit->Paste into a new image. Crop the face from the rest of the window information, and voila!

Yeah, a lot of people have had problems with the image email link. I haven't even tried it, I just automatically did the screen cap the first time I tried it. I'm too much of a geek sometimes, I guess (like last week when I spent $54 on 3 new Hellboy books). ;-)
