Politically, I consider myself an independant. I vote for whoever the impresses me most. I will tell you truthfully that I would have liked Gore in office, even with his psychotic wife, before someone who made me think, "Dan Quayle for the New Millenium."
But as you said, we have many false concepts. We don't really live in a democracy, we live in a republic that use democratic techniques when it's convieniant.
I am glad though to hear you point your concern about those who have said, "If you don't support us you are against us! If you are not part of OUR solution, you are part of THE PROBLEM."
