The Parker House invented the Boston Creme Pie, and from what I saw on an episode of Phantom Gourmet, (a local restaurant show), they make it in an absolutely decadent manner. On another note, it was good to meet you, and I'm sorry that I didn't get to spend more time with you. I hope that you have a good time in Baltimore.
It was quite good, but somewhat different than I remember having elsewhere. Of course I didn't get a Parker House roll, which was also made there.
Yes, sorry that we didn't get to meet up again...I was trying to get to everyone, and some I got to see, others, not so much. I'll definitely have to make a comeback!
