Wednesday Randomness
Jun. 11th, 2003 08:53 amWell, I'm in the middle of writing answers to John's (
fauxbear) 5 questions and I've kind of gotten stuck on one of them. I know that it seems silly, but I'm trying to decide which artist defines me. I don't want to be late for work, so those questions will have to wait.
Otherwise, (ooh, the Apple iTunes music store just added R.E.M. and Edie Brickell and New Bohemians!, distractions, distractions) I've been interested as all of the supervisors on my floor are playing the same "should I stay or should I go" game. Had another person quit on me. Jerry decided to move back to New Braunsfels with his wife who's pregnant and due any day now. He was a good one, a Rice Grad and member of their baseball team. He grew up and played with Lance Berkman, the Astros current right fielder.
He's going to sell those silly "rascal" scooters to people who use medicare to get themselves the ultimate in mall terrorizing weapons. I don't consider his job a move up at all. It's all about the move back home.
Well, there's always Schlitterbahn.
I had a really great chat with Joey (
profundojoe) last night. Apparently my memory checked out somewhere and I kept having to be corrected in have I thought about Joey's schooling and how long he and Chris
imroger have been going out. Oh well. I'll get to see them when I'm in Grand rapids next month!
Alright, need to go to work...questions, both answered and delivered will have to wait. I'm so unfocused.
