Happy Birthday Erik (randomcub)!



My lower back friggin hurts! this happens maybe a couple of times a year or so, but man, I get a day or two where it really flares up, and right now I can barely put my shoes on! Aaaargh!

I'm going to be one happy camper today at work. Luckily it's our groups Thanksgiving feast day today, so I can just try to eat my way to happiness, right? My contribution is plates and utensils - I know enough from bringing breakfast not to bring food...Lisa will just complain.

I need some serious Advil right now.

Try yoga. It helped a bit with my back pain, and felt sooo good to stretch out and stuff, especially since I was pretty sedentary apart from it.
