So I'm packing and getting ready for my big trip that I keep telling myself I can do on a shoestring budget. I'm a little behind schedule because I had to go in for a special meeting at work. We were officially put into "disaster" mode as it was told to me. Big, bad news that's going to be the toast of the financial times for the rest of the week.

Here's to being gone for a few days. Thank goodness. I guess it's my revenge. My poor reps are going to take a lot of grief, though. I feel bad for them.

Otherwise, I just looked at the itinerary and - Holy Crap for Crap! - what was I thinking when I chose the early morning 8:20am flight? I guess i'll sleep on the plane. still, the early hour will allow me to check out some of Phoenix with Tom (

invisiblebear) before we head on down to Tucson. I've been to Tucson before (of course I was 5, and on my way to DisneyLand), but not to other parts of the state.

So many people to see, so many things to look forward, too. How am I going to sleep tonight? i guess I'm feeling a little more confident about the event, now.

I don't know how connected I'll be for the next few days, so i'll see you on the other side.
