I have four versions, the original, an acoustic demo version by XTC, Sarah's and the one by Tricky, released a couple of years ago. iTunes has managed to play all of them this afternoon - out of a 20GB songlist. It does have a mind of it's own.

There is something in the randomization routines for iPods.

I was listening to mine today and after force-starting it on the new Nine Inch Nails ("The Hand That Feeds"), it went all '80's, all the time.
