Note to self: When you know you're uncomfortable at large parties, even with a few familiar faces, why do you keep trying to go?

After a full day of work, and a long drive, it's had to keep a smile pasted on, sometimes.

It's the same reason we all go... we don't want to be alone... and it's always a valiant attempt to become more sociable and learning to become more comfortable. Besides, we always thinki we might enjoy ourselves.

Thats probably why I go to parties that I'm invited to. I know that I'm wanted there. I agree that I don't want to be alone for New Years either but the party you go to must reflect where you want to be too.
