Before I'm off to work...
Went out last night with Jeff, Spencer and Paul who are the co-workers who live in theapartment complex with me. They convinced me to live here - and that's good, since it cut my commute in half (and I can write at 9:00 and still not be late). We played trivia at BW3 and watched some football and basketball that was on the tube there. (what else are you going to do with the straights?)
We then came back to my place to watch South Park. Crazy episode that kinda skewered to whole tolerance issue, with Mr. Garrison having the line of the night - you can be tolerant with out being forced to accept something. Very true. The guys thought it was oddhaving me around as the show skewered some gay stereotypes, but really, it was no problem - I gues they thought I'd be mad, but really, making fun of the stereotype was not the point of their message, and South Park - to me at least - has been fairly gay-tolerant if not positive.
Otherwise, we got one of the neighbors upset with some loud music after the show (sorry). It's amazing how much beer those guys can go through, though. I had one for their four (each) in the space of about two hours. Now the trash can's full...

Re: Controversy... it's not just for breakfast anymore
Go Lemmywinks! Go!
Sometimes you just wonder how they are able to get away with what they do. They sat there and said "shit" on the air so many times that by the end of the show, if you didn't have the counter at the bottom of the screen, you didn't even notice it. They are so good at turning around the whole point of being so crude.
Last week's Lord of the Rings parody was great, too. My Precioussss!
