As I work in a retirement assets area of my company, I've made the joke (and it's in the biography on my users page) that I'm working to ruin your retirement right now.

Yesterday, we went live with the new systems. Trust me, we weren't prepared. Today we add phone calls and regular business to the mix.

I used to think we were doing a good job of messing with your future, little did I know that we just didn't have the proper tools to do it right.

Look out folks! We're dangerous!
