I'm not particularly one for baseball, but SBC Park rawks.

It was a really good game tonight, and the park was great. The North Beach Neighborhood was very nice, too.

Do you mean South Beach, by the ballpark? Or did you make it to North Beach, too? They're both nice, but quite different. South Beach is ultramodern -- it's pretty much been built from scratch over the shells of a bunch of old warehouses over the past 10 years. North Beach is one of the oldest neighborhoods in town, very old-school Italian and charming.

It'll be a cold day in Maritius a'fore I call anything but Pac Bell Park!

Yeah, I understand, and I've been calling it Pac Bell too, it's just faster to type "SBC" on a phone. I still call Minute Maid Park in Houston by it's old name, Enron Field, but maybe because it's an ironically bad name!

Minute Maid Park??????

...and here I was thinking that Petco Park in San Diego was the stupidest name for a ballpark ever. I stand corrected!
