They're speaking to the college crowd, right? I mean, that's what you get a college education for nowadays right? To beat out the high school kids for those $7.50/hr jobs.

It's in a master-planned community out in the suburbs, so there's lots of high schoolers, but there's also a community college there, so it could be for both. I know that the Pappas family are actually very demanding employers, and most high schoolers wouldn't be able to hack it.
