Here We Go Again

Justice Rehnquist is dead. Now we go through another round of craziness and there's just one more thing to take up space in Bush's Brain. I think he's already got a person in mind, because they were already expecting this one. I wonder if there's an opportunity to get some things through the slimmed-down court before the new justices are chosen?
