FYI: My one and only NFL game I attended was twenty years ago when the N(J) Jets played the Buffalo Bills at Orchard Park. What got to me were the TV time outs, in which the players were just standing around the field for approx. 1 1/2 -2 minutes.
Damn commercial breaks.
Heck, even the 3 or 4 CFL games I attended in Toronto were quicker (by 7-15 minutes).
I guess if I was even a competent athlete, I might enjoy it more. For me, it has a lot to do with stats, geography and, of course, the linemen.... ;-)
